This is a 16 in HP (brought down to size 14 after weight loss) “open bust” for fuller bust ($500 upcharge with the designer).

-Hemmed for 5’3 plus 3 inch heels
-Front portion closed a bit
-Bustle Added
-It was dry cleaned after my wedding and some tears in the skirt were fixed. I wore it again for an hour for bridal portraits and have not dry cleaned it again.
-Bottom of the dress is slightly gray in the back from stains that could not be removed but it is covered by the tule layers!
-The dress would be sold AS IS!
-Purchased at the Nordstrom Wedding Suite.
