I wish I could have worn this dress - I felt fantastic in it. I am 5'7" and 200 lbs (normally size 14), you can see from the pictures there are clips to imitate alterations. Alterations never happened because COVID hit my area the week after I bought this dress and everything was shut down. I tried it on twice before buying, other than that it hasn't been worn since I brought it home. The dress has a bodice that felt very supportive (my chest is 36DD) and a thick lining plus lace overlay created a flattering structure. I wasn't wearing any undergarments whatsoever in the photos, and I still felt comfortable wearing it and breathing comfortably (for once!) without Spanx. The details are romantic and pretty, the bodice has clear sequins sprinkled throughout and it does have a sparkle with movement. The sheer side panels show some skin around the midback and side, I planned to have a nude panels sewn into the side areas for a little more coverage. The buttons down the back and lace train were the details that sold me, they are so pretty.
