Elegant Silk A-Line Wedding Dress With Hand Beaded Neckline
I discovered this incredible dress in the fashion district when I lived in New York City. It was a private designer's shop and is a one-of-a-kind beauty.
I am selling it is because I am getting married again and it's time for this gem to find happiness in a new owner! (Although I am having trouble finding a new gown that lives up to this one!)
Style: Think Audrey Hepburn or Grace Kelly. Silk brocade gown with hand-beaded, square neckline. Buttons follow the entire length of the back, from neck to train.
A bustle was added during alterations, which makes it perfect for dancing.
Depending on the size of your bust (I am a C) you may show a tad of cleavage. But it is very tasteful.
The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned. There is a small light stain about knee height (pictured). There is also some staining underneath the skirt along the bottom where it touched the floor and a bit along the bottom edge in the back (pictured). But it's very subtle, and depending on how tall you are, you may be able to have it shortened a tad. That said, if you are looking for something unique to steal the show at your wedding, this is the gown for you!
