This is a really pretty floor length blue chiffon dress. My friend needed to cancel her wedding due to Covid-19 unfortunately, so I never had the chance to wear it. I only tried the sample on in the store. The store than ordered the new dress for me (which has been hanging in my closet). Truly Brand New. Never worn. With tags.
