Beautiful Sleeveless Floral Lace A-Line Wedding Dress
I fell in love with this dress because of the beading. I knew I wanted lace with some sparkle but not too much. The Sasha dress was the perfect one! The herringbone pattern of the beading is very sleek and modern, but still romantic with the lace. The lining of the dress is misty mauve, like a dusty rose. It was beautiful for a fall morning.
Alterations were done to the bust, arms, hem, and bustle.
The alterations specialist moved the cups and took in the bust to a 36C. She also lowered the armholes and removed the underarm beading for comfort (See picture; the beads would definitely have caused chaffing). The dress was also hemmed. I’m 5’8 and wore 1.5-inch heels— the dress was still a little long. She also added hooks so that the dress could be bustled.
The waist was unaltered.
The dress comes with a few yards of the misty mauve fabric. When I bought the dress, I thought I wanted to line the top but then changed my mind.
There are two small snags on the left side near the seam where I was holding my bouquet (pictured) but the way the lace falls, they are barely noticeable.
